Our local delivery fee is $8.95 *unless otherwise noted. We will always try to accommodate a time sensitive order. If your delivery requires a specific time we will be happy to provide you with our express delivery service for an additional fee. We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Deliveries requested on Sunday will be delivered the following business day.

Orders placed for out of town deliveries must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Specific time deliveries for out of town orders cannot be guaranteed. We will add a delivery fee of $8.95 for the receiving florist on each out of town order placed. Our wire/service fee for out of town orders is $8.95 and as well is your order guarantee through our wire services.
For an international order please call Fort Myers Florist directly at 800-622-3310 to speak with one of our trained specialists. We are unable to accept international orders through the internet.

Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:45 PM, Saturday from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are available to take your order via phone or web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday seasons, place your order at least 2 day’s prior to the following major holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professional Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

It is our policy, however, to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacements for those orders that do not meet our customer’s expectations, or a store credit for the entire amount of the order for which the customer was dissatisfied.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
